usb disabled
I cannot connect my iPhone to my iMac. I get an error message saying USB device disabled because it is using too much power

Check the cable. Make sure you're using a genuine Apple or certified cable. Try a different USB port. If neither fixes it, make an appointment at the genius bar. Take both the iMac and the phone.
