My phone says I have only used 1.2 KB of 5GB but I keep getting the message that I do not have enough storage available to back up my phone. What am I missing??
My iPhone says I have only used 1.2 KB of 5 GB of iCloud storage. When I try to back up my phone, I get a message that says I do not have enough storage to back up my phone. What am I doing wrong??
