PDF Preview blurry and slow

Hello Apple community,

since 10.13 (now using 10.13.2) the preview app renders all pdf documents really slow and blurry. On my iPad or Windows computer this problem doesn't occure with the same documents. Preview is just not useable anymore.

My Mac:

MacBook Pro with touch bar (13-inch, 2017, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports), 3,1 GHz Intel Core i5, 8 GB RAM
