Internal Speakers Missing After Update

I updated to 10.13.2 last night. This morning my speakers are gone. Headphones are also gone.

I went to preferences and there is no option for internal or headphone speakers. I went to audio midi setup and they are not there either. Is there a reason this update would have affected the audio drivers? and is there a fix for this?

Ive tried other suggestions from message boards and nothing has worked
