I Got the latest update and now my Mac will not boot
I got the 10.13.2 update. When I restarted my computer, it got stuck trying to finish installing. I have restarted twice. Any ideas?

Please reset the PRAM per the directions in iMac SMC and PRAM reset.
If that does not work restart in Safe Mode and then restart normally.
If that does not work please post back for further directions.

I have tried both of these approaches. On the PRAM reset, i could not it long enough for it to work. eventually it went dark again. Any other suggestions?

I followed the instructions posted on the link exactly. The computer rebooted but then the screen went black and it then freezes.

I ended up having to use Time Machine to get it to boot up. I am waiting to install the update. If anyone finds a workaround or finds out why this happened, please let me know.
