Cant update app

Hi, can you help me please? My life is very terrible now, becourse i cant update any app!

Some tome ago i download FREE app, after 15 day, this app came to not free, so i use it for one time and delete after 5 minutes

Now, when i try to update all my free app, i recive sms messages, that says, that not anought money on my account! But i dont buy anything! I try to unsubscribe from seatings, but i stlll recive messages, about not enought money

Please, can you help me?? Can you cancell it? I need update all my app

Nobody on here can cancel anything, we are fellow users.

Changing/removing payment info (when you have a payment method on an account it has to be valid and pass the iTunes validation, whatever you are trying to download) : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information in the iTunes Store - Apple Support

If you don't get the 'none' option on the payment details screen : Why can’t I select None when I edit my Apple ID payment information? - Apple Support
