is there any chance to be sent security code to my Email instead of my phone for resetting my security questions?

Hi
in iforgot.apple.com when i want to reset my security questions there is no Email option and just have two option
1- send security code to my phone
2- answer the questions
if there is any option please inform me
i just want to sent the security code to my Email that i created my Apple ID with it

I read the articles and i thinks i have no way except receiving code with my phone

You can reset your security questions from iforgot.apple.com and you would receive an email where you reset your security questions.

You need to get a rescue e-mail address from Gmail or somewhere to add to your Apple ID. Once added, I would log out of the reset security questions, and then log back in to change them.
