Hi,

I was facing the same issue so I called apple customer care and they really helped in resolving the issue.

Please follow the steps below-

1) Turn your airplane mode on and off once.

2) Take your sim card out and insert it back while keeping the phone on.

3) Force restart your iPhone X (Push your volume up button for 1 second, then press your volume down button for 1 second and then press power/siri button until you see the apple logo, remove your finger as soon as you see the power button).

Note-My issue was resolved with this step.

4) Reset your network setting or reset all settings.(this will not delete the data but will reset few setting like wallpaper, ringtone and wifi setting).

PS-Apple is working on a fix and with next update they issue should be resolved but meanwhile resolve this.

Let me know if this works.

Hi Ashok Panchal,

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities.

I understand that when you receive an incoming call it's not always showing that there is an incoming call on your display. The phone will only ring and vibrate. It's important to make sure that you can see who is calling, so I'm happy to provide some support.

It sounds like the Phone app on your iPhone isn't responding like it should. I suggest a close of the Phone app and a restart of your iPhone to see if this helps the issue.

How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Also check to make sure that your iPhone is running the latest update. If there is a case on the iPhone or any accessories connected, please remove and test.

Once you've done these steps, let me know if you get the same result.

Kind Regards.

Hi there

The solution is very simple and has nothing to do with IOS!

Just follow these steps

Hard reset your iPhone X

Go to Bluetooth settings and FORGET THIS DEVICE that states BMW

DELETE device from settings on car screen

Add new device and pair with iPhone

Most importantly after pairing allow all contacts and favorites to SYNC for about 10 minutes

Any questions

I had a word with the apple service centre. In the beginning they were just telling me to do the troubleshooting steps.. I told them that nothing works.. Then finally they accepted that Apple is aware that iPhone X has this issue and is working for a solution. They haven't given any timeline for the resolution. But this is totally unacceptable from a company. like Apple.

You can do in two ways.

1. Google for iOS 11.3 beta 1 ripsaw download. download the ipsw and install through iTunes.

2. download from your iPhone beta.apple.com/profile and follow the instruction. once installed and restarted go to General and do software update which will install iOS 11.3 beta 1
