Hi,
I was facing the same issue so I called apple customer care and they really helped in resolving the issue.
Please follow the steps below-
1) Turn your airplane mode on and off once.
2) Take your sim card out and insert it back while keeping the phone on.
3) Force restart your iPhone X (Push your volume up button for 1 second, then press your volume down button for 1 second and then press power/siri button until you see the apple logo, remove your finger as soon as you see the power button).
Note-My issue was resolved with this step.
4) Reset your network setting or reset all settings.(this will not delete the data but will reset few setting like wallpaper, ringtone and wifi setting).
PS-Apple is working on a fix and with next update they issue should be resolved but meanwhile resolve this.

Bt if it were a software issue then wouldn't it affect all the iPhone X's but its not the case.. Apple should provide replacement

When will the update come.. Its been 2 months using the phone and this issue is really frustrating
exactly almost over a month they cant solve this problem...will ask them to refund my money today ..cant wait endless

Today I updated my phone x with new ios upadate 11.2.5 but not solve the problem.
even i have updated last evening..i hope now it shud work without any issue..hiren do let me know after update the display issue is sorted out or not ?

it wont help..i have case number too..they wont refund or exchange ..they are least bother

The IOS update for iPhone is out 11.2.5, the but problem is not solved, still the display doesn't lit up when incoming call comes on the phone. Now what have you to suggest??

when receiving incoming call on iphone x its only ringing and vibrate there is no display on screen
