iTunes purchase issue
Hi,
I have an issue with iTunes on my Windows. I cannot buy any item from the store, it was working earlier but now for about 2 months problem persists. I'm clicking buy, it asks me for a password, then confirmation of buy and nothing happens. With the same apple ID on my ipod touch I can buy things without any problems...
I have contacted support many times, updated Windows (10), updated itunes...
Is there any log file that logs application issues? To be honest I stopped purchasing things because of this issue, this is very frustrating :/
Could you help me with that?
