I have just bought the iPhone 8 and transferred everything from my 6s from the cloud. Alls good except Siri can’t get my name right. I am stored as Leanne and it says ‘leanne’ Underneath it. I said Siri call me Leanne and he says ‘I already call you leanne’ I then ask what is my name and he says ‘fards’ but types Leanne.
Any ideas? I’m completely puzzled! My old iPhone called me Leanne so don’t think it’s my name...
Go to Settings > Siri & Search and see what is listed for My Information. If it's not you, change it to you

Fards, eh? I don't imagine you want to change your name? I'd call Apple directly and ask them why your phone is doing that. If you're in the US, call: 1-800-MY-APPLE

Did you doublecheck your contact card to make sure that you don't have something in the Phonetic first name or Pronunciation first name fields?
