I imported a .docx file into Pages, but there are parts that I cannot access. I can see the text, it sits right on the layout lines for the page. I can do a search on the text and Pages finds it, but I can't click on the text to select it. There are words behind the text.
Any thoughts on how to get at the text, or a better way to either convert the text or to import it?

Menu > View > Make master objects selectable
Due to differences in the way Word and Pages layout documents, you may also have text sitting in Header/Footers/ textboxes/and locked objects.
