How do I gift an iOS app from the iOS App store?

How do I gift an iOS app? I am using iTunes 12.7.2.58 on a Mac. Previous versions of iTunes allowed gifting of iOS apps. It seems that the current version does not offer this feature.

Thanks

iTunes 12.7 on a Mac has no iOS App store anymore at all. No way to even access the iOS App store anymore.

If you need to gift an iOS App it needs to be done from an iOS device's App Store App directly.

Thanks, but after some more searching I found that Apple has released a version of iTunes 12.6.3.6 that still has the iOS App Store. Here is the download link. Deploy apps in a business environment with iTunes - Apple Support

and here is a page with instructions to downgrade. http://www.idownloadblog.com/2011/09/21/downgrade-itunes-fix-itunes-library-itl- cannot-be-read/
