Headphones/Sound

Hey - Regardless of having my headphones in (and have checked with several headphone sets) the music still comes out of the actual phone. Also, potentially related, I cannot hear or speak on phone calls. Anyone relate?

I understand from your post that when playing music using your headphones the sound comes through the phone rather than the headphones. Also, you cannot hear or be heard while on phone calls.
