I have an iPhone 4s that’s Deactivated An has a grayed out WiFi symbol, so no Internet access but through iTunes. I’ve updated it 9.2.1? and it still has my Same phone number and iCloud information on it. Is it possible to connect it to my iCloud or reaccess Wi-Fi ? .. please if you have any info or suggestions I’d greatly appreciate it .

OK thank you very much for the information but one more question how do you take a Sim card out of an iPhone 4s? Is it that side compartment that has a little hole in it? Bc I thought that The sim cards don’t come out of iphones
Put a SIM back in, SIM need not be active but must be valid.
