I'm unable to transfer data from iphone 6s to 8 after backup. iTunes program is not working in my laptop suddenly, meaning icon is at desktop but when I double click the icon, there is no progress. Pls help and thanks for your advice in advance.
iPhone 8, iOS 11.2
I would try removing iTunes and then reinstall it. Then see if you can reload the backup to the iPhone.
