Photos sync between Mac and iPhone

I have two People albums on my iPhone. How can I merge these into one People album?

Also, does iOS recognize Keyword names from my Mac rather than Faces?

Second question first - because it is simpler - yes, if your Mac and iPhone are both signed into iCloud Photo Library under the same Apple ID, keywords that you enter in Photos on your Mac "should" be synced to your iPhone's Photo library.

I assume by "two People" albums" you mean that in the actual People album you have two people who you want to merge? (Just because I have never heard of anyone having two PEOPLE albums on an iOS or Mac device.)

If the first - two people you want merged - tap Select at the top of the screen, tap the people you want to merge and then tap Merge at the bottom.
