Since upgrading my iOS to 11.2 I don’t get a red icon on my messages to let me know I’ve received a message. I’ve tried a network reset etc and no joy. Any ideas?
iPad Air Wi-Fi, iOS 11.2
Have you checked Settings>Notifications>Messages>Badge App Icon and made sure it's turned on?
Yes I’ve tried that I dunno what else it could be ive even tried resetting iMessage and still no joy.
