iOS 11.2 Update and No Wifi

Just updated to iOS 11.2 and updated Carrier stuff too on my IPhone 6s. Now I don't have any access to wifi. The button is grayed out and it won't let me turn wi fi on. Does anyone know what to do? I've tried resetting carrier stuff and all the other basics. Thanks.
