Problems with my new iPhone X

After restored my contents from the old iPhone 6 Plus to the new iPhone X

I am trying to make or receive calls through the Viber, Whatsup or messenger applications, but I can’t

no connection, no sound, but the chats works.

although the applications still working on my old iPhone 6

Plus



Any help

I wish I could tell you what to do, but I don't have a clue. Whatsapp and Messenger work fine on my iPhone X. Hopefully, someone else will chime in with a suggestion for you.


One thing that often cures odd niggles after a major migration is to reboot your phone.


Press and quickly release the volume up button

Press and quickly release the volume down button

Press and keep holding the power button until the Apple Logo appears, then let go and your phone will reboot.


Maybe that will help with this.
