After restored my contents from the old iPhone 6 Plus to the new iPhone X
I am trying to make or receive calls through the Viber, Whatsup or messenger applications, but I can’t
no connection, no sound, but the chats works.
although the applications still working on my old iPhone 6

I wish I could tell you what to do, but I don't have a clue. Whatsapp and Messenger work fine on my iPhone X. Hopefully, someone else will chime in with a suggestion for you.
One thing that often cures odd niggles after a major migration is to reboot your phone.
Press and quickly release the volume up button
Press and quickly release the volume down button
Press and keep holding the power button until the Apple Logo appears, then let go and your phone will reboot.
Maybe that will help with this.

On my first reply, I written that I did deleted and reinstalled the viber application, I did the same for WhatsApp, and also for the messenger app
I think, it is something in the settings of the iPhone

I did that before.
I reset the iPhone as new, and downloaded the viber , WhatsApp and tried to place calls before restoring it, always the same problem.
Please note the chats works properly .
The problem is only in calls and connection.

I went to google search and searched for ( iPhone X not worked with viber .....
And I found this solution
Please try to turn off hearing aid compatibility as this seems to interrupt VOIP calling.
I did and everything works properly

Did you sign out of them on your old phone and sign back into them on your new phone?
Yes I did, and delet and restored the Viber application several times, always the same

Delete the apps from your new phone. Then reinstall them and see if that helps.

I think at this point I would try restoring the phone and set up as new then try. If it works then restore backup if it then stops you know backup is the problem.
Could be an issue with your accounts with these apps, maybe a corrupt file from the back ups, have you tried talking to Apple Support on their website? They usually solve any problems I have.
