Question:

Question: my apple desktop wont login “your account has been disabled. please contact system administrator.”

I have a desktop running the latest version of OS. My desktop was asleep. I attempted to login and received the prompt “your account has been disabled. please contact system administrator.”


Please advise.

Hello, it looks like no one has responded to your question. Here are a couple things that might help others answer your question:

1. What is the operating system on your Mac? You can find this by clicking on the Apple > About this Mac. Tell us the version.

2. Can you log in after a hard restart? Hold the power button until the Mac shuts off. Turn it on and try logging in again.

3. Is this a work or network computer, or are you the only Administrator on the computer?
