New video from old IDVD
I have an old video created with Final Cut Express and burned with IDVD. I would like to import it back into FCE and add a few things. Is this possible?

It is possible, but you'll need an app like MPEG Streamclip (freeware) to convert the DVD's VOB files into an editable format that works natively in FCE.
