I cannot see the 'Advanced Options' in Users & Groups

When I right click my admin name in Users & Groups, the Advanced Options do not show up. I cannot access the Advanced Options for guest accounts either. This happened after I changed my home folder to a new one and restarted my computer. I want to change my home folder back to my old one.

I have to ask if you clicked the padlock icon first & authenticated as an admin user.
