Reset your security questions by providing your forgotten answers

It was a joke to call Apple support Australia to reset your security questions.

You have to provide your forgotten answers for security questions to verify yourself. :-)

I have one Support guy and one specialist with me to solve the issue, but they all need my forgotten answers for security questions to verify myself.

I can login my AppleID and just forgot my answers for security questions.

The apple specialist said there is no any other option I can verify myself.

Any comments will be appreciated.

I have the same issue.

I also called apple support and they asked for forgotten answers.

And I tried to reset the questions also, but I got the error stating. "Cannot Reset Security Questions - We don't have sufficient information to reset your security questions."

Apple support team Australia needs to get this issue resolved by not keeping asking the forgotten answers.

maybe i will try support in USA. :-)
