You could look into the Activity Monitor utility to see what may be active
and using your system resources; perhaps you've some application that
won't shut off. Or something else sharing internet or indexing drives, etc.
Also you could use Etrecheck utility to see a profile of your Mac and post
it in your thread then others here could look into the report for ideas...
This was developed by a fellow ASC participant who has allowed us to
troubleshoot and see how our Macs are working.
{When you have an active Mac that should be sleeping, there could be
any number of things going on. You may have to power it off, and then
