Fine my ipad withou icloud

My Ipad has been stolen and I can`t locate it with Icloud because I did not confirm my address when I made my iCloud account. So the device does not appear in my Icloud account. There is another method to be located because I have downloaded applications and I have used them, I have the active goolate account and I see when the person access the google but google does not give me the location, it sends me to iCloud to find it?

If there is another method to find them, plese, tell me what would be.

I report to the police because I understood from help page that is not other way to track myself the Ipad, but I asked Apple for help because maybe you have a way to recover the device in my account,at least to see it and block it. The only thing that I didn`t do when there is still in my hands was to conform from my email the device.But if you let me downloaded application, means that you recongnise the device for this account.Why didn`t appear in cloud account, I don`t understand.

We are fellow users, you're not talking to Apple on here. Apple can't track and/or block a device for you, only you can potentially find via Find iPhone - which will only work if you had Find iPad enabled on the iPad and the iPad is online.
