iphone SE sign in problems

my new iphone se keeps asking for my wifes apple password. requests are constant and unrelenting making the phone useless. i am signed into my account, have tried logging off and on again, have tried shutting off and turning on. How do i make this go away.

Hi.


Did your so-called new iPhone belong to your wife previously ?


Go to Settings -> iTunes and App Store. At the top of the right pane, you must have your identity as Apple identity.


Go to Settings -> Accounts and Passwords. There you will have several accounts on the right pane, such as iCloud, mail, etc. Click each account and delete the ones that belonged to your wife and add yours.
