This morning my daughters Apple charging block caught on fire. Luckily she was awake, we were home and no one was hurt. I would like for you to take a look at the attached photo, and let me know what your plan of action is to make sure this does not happen again. I have read and done some research and apparently this is not the first incident. This is very concerning to me and I am certain other customers would agree.

You are not addressing Apple on this forum and you need to contact support. Contact - Official Apple Support
This is a very serious situation so you need to make sure this is addressed by Apple so you really need to call them. They'll ask you to provide these exact pictures and they are usually very good about situations like this.
