cannot connect Airpods to iPad

I cannot connect my airpods to the iPad pro 9.7" which installed iOS 10.3.2 and using the same iCloud account as iPhone. I already paired my airpods with my iPhone 6s plus, iOS 10.2 It doesn't appear on the control center on iPad pro. How do I fixed that?

But I can still switch to pair with my macbook pro, Mac os sierra.

iPad Pro Wi-Fi, iOS 10.3.2, null

Hello krittin.rat,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!

I understand from your post that you have not been able to pair your AirPods to your iPad Pro even though you are signed into the same iCloud account on your iPhone. First, I would make sure that your iPad Pro is updated to the latest iOS version. Then, use the steps from the following article to set up your AirPods again.

Use your AirPods - Apple Support

If you can't set up your AirPods

If you don't see the setup animation when you try to set up your AirPods with your iPhone, follow these steps. After each step, try to set up your AirPods again.

  1. Make sure that your AirPods are charged.
  2. Close the lid, wait 15 seconds, then open the lid. The status light should flash white.
  3. If the status light doesn't flash white, press and hold the setup button on the back of the case until you see the status light flash white.
  4. Still can't set up your AirPods? Press and hold the setup button for at least 15 seconds, until you see the status light flash amber a few times and then flash white.
Best Regards.
