cannot backup iphone
trying to move data from iPhone6 to (new) iPhone8. when doing backup got message from iTunes "cannot backup this iPhone" with no additional hint on why. any help? any obvious turnaround?

Have you installed the latest iTunes version (12.7.2) on you computer?
