Outlook Mail

Why can't I add Outlook Mail to my iPhone 6 iOS 11.2.1 ?... I have to download the Outlook app... While on my old iPod Touch 9.3.5 it can be added... Is Apple going to fix this ?... MacRumors stated this '' Despite apparently being aware of the problems for some time, both Apple and Microsoft said they are still working together to resolve the issue. Apple added that it would release a fix soon in an upcoming software update. '' Well, two updates later and the problem is NOT fixed...

Is this a work account? The bugs with Outlook Mail and Office 365 were repaired, that message applies to the Exchange mail server not recognizing the login/password.

I use it as a '' Business Account ''... What is '' Exchange '' ?

If that is on a work server then most often it uses Exchange mail. If it is an Office 365 mail account it still may use Exchange. You need to contact whomever controls the mail server.
