What is the new method to transfer Ibooks PDF files on my Mac Pro computer to Ipad Pro, now that Itunes has changed?

Perfect answer solved the problem with a few clicks to setup iCloud Drive.
Does anyone know how to get computer PDF files from Ibooks onto my iPad not that they have changed iTunes?
