iPhone ports clogged with cream

I dropped my phone in cream and attempted to wipe it off but made out worse! All the ports are clogged a little bit is there a way I can clean it and how much does apple charge for something like this. I put it on the heater to melt the cream bit

iPhone 6s, iOS 11.2.1

Attempts to fix this yourself is just going to make it worse. Make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple store and have them examine the phone. They will explain your options from there. If necessary, you may have to purchase an out of warranty device. See this for those costs. iPhone Repair - Official Apple Support

That is up to you, however if any of that got inside the device, then it is very possible that it will cause problems in the future. It could short out the internals and cause issues. If you decide not to do anything about it, I suggest you make sure you have daily backups, so if and when it does fail, you do not lose content.
