After trust the computer if I have airplay the computer device will be show in phone airplay option and I can select but there is not airplay So how could be ?
If your using an HD mirroring cable it may not be supported with the new version of iOS. However I don't know what one your using.
Ok forget about cable now suggest me how can I connect my phone to other tv ?

Well if you just watching movies and TV I would personally and professionally suggest a Chromecast. Otherwise you can just use the Apple Lightening to HDMI adapter.

So AirPlay is irrelevant. Do not use it.

I use a Chromecast. Most apps will allow streaming to it. But if you are not sure if the app supports Chromecast you can Google it and I'm sure you can find out if it does.
