I upgraded my macbook air to high sierra. Sometimes I use telnet from terminal. But now when I type the command I receive the answer : -bash telnet : command not found.
Why?

Unless you are accessing some older hardware device that only supports telnet you should use ssh instead. Telnet is completely insecure and just like ftp should not be used unless absolutely there is no alternative. Use ssh and sftp instead.
Telnet was removed from High Sierra. Look for a third party telnet app to install.
A telnet app that does not expect the operating system to provide the Telnet executable. Same drill for FTP.
Apple has removed telnet from High Sierra.
One solution is to use MacWise and telnet.
