I use fing to see what's on my guest net work, and I see a router connected with a an unidentifiable MAC Address.
I tried to identify it using a couple Manufacturer to Network Card Cross-Reference sites, but they could not locate it?
Should there even be a router showing up on my guest network?

Not unless you have one.. no other router should be on your guest.
Change the password now for guest.. then listen for the screams.. you will soon find out if it is something unexpected.
