Where can I find the AuNetSend audio unit?

I've looked in both my user and global "Components" folder within Library/Audio/Plugins, and have yet to see this elusive device. It shows up in Logic Pro X, but I need to copy it into my custom Ableton VST/AU folder so I can use it within Live instead.

Does it physically exist on the disk? Or is it a "Logic-only" plugin?
