How do I get Itunes help if I do not have an Apple device?

There is no free phone support for iTunes. You can use the contact support links you'll find in many support documents to ask for help via a form, or do as you have done and post here.


CD burning is broken in iTunes 12.7.2 for Windows by all accounts. The workaround is to reinstall a previous version. See the iTunes installers section of Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates for instructions on removing the current build and download links, direct from Apple. Install iTunes 12.7.1.14 for now. In the case of downgrading from 12.7.2.x to 12.7.1.14 there is no need to revert the database.

The same way as if you did have an Apple device. ;-)


Anyway, there have been a slew of posts about burning problems in the new iTunes release, but not a solution yet. If you have another burning program on your computer (Roxio, WMP, etc.) use it until iTunes gets its act together.
