There was an error connecting to the apple id server

Have a Iphone 7 plus. I can't sign into Itunes on my PC or windows laptop. Get a message"There was an error connecting to the apple id server" I can sign in on the phone. I have changed the password. Reinstalled itunes on both machines no luck. Stated about a month ago. Any help would be great thanks!

I just restarted router and Modem. Made no difference. I will reset and start over later don't have time to reset at this point. My laptop is wireless and the Desktop is wired. Both give me the same result.

Try restarting/resetting the router.
