Grey songs on iTunes Match

Windows 10, iPhone 5

My iTunes library on the desktop is 100% from original cds.

I can play all songs on my desktop and my iPhone when I am on my home network and connected to the desktop library (family sharing).

When using iTunes Match some cds play 100% of songs while other cds will play a few/no songs. The songs that don't play via iTunes Match are in grey.

I have spent over 2.5 hrs with Apple Support and have not achieved anything. Just rehashing the same information over and over and over. The iOS and iTunes are up to date. I have turned the iCloud Music Library on/off several times. The phone has been reset.

Any solutions?
