Many small dots on the bottom of my screen

I've got a lot of small dots on the bottom part of my screen. It seems that as time goes on dot amount increses.

Has anyone ran into this issue before?

What's the best way to act here or solution?

Macbook Pro is 3 years old and the screen has been replaced once. ( 2 years ago )

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014)

2,5 GHz Intel Core i7

16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB / NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M

Try running Apple Diagnostics and see what it reports:

Well, that's a good sign but not conclusive. Apple has much more sensitive tests they can run if you bring it for a free diagnosis.

Doesn't help.

And I also have to mention that when the computer is turned off for a while and then turned back on the dots aren't there but after a while of running they start to appear more and more.
