iOS 11 iPad Dock Orientation Bug 11.2+

Hello everyone! This is my first forum post on apple.com, so I hope that this question is applicable.

I have been experiencing an issue with my iPad Pro 10.5's iOS 11 dock.

My dock for some reason changes orientation incorrectly every now and then. Basically, it thinks it is in potrait mode when it is in landscape mode, and in landscape mode, the dock may not work at all. Additionally, split screen apps do not work correctly. This has been happening since iOS 11.2, and has become worse with 11.2.1. The glitch is only fixable with a restart.
