Can the iPad Pro be used as an external camera?

I LOVE my new iPad Pro. The camera is great. I host some video meetings and would like to use the iPad Pro as an external camera. I use Zoom for my meetings. Is it possible to hook up the iPad Pro as an external camera? I need my MacBook Pro to host the meeting because I often have to share files, Keynote, etc. in these meetings. When I hook up the iPad Pro to my Mac, none of programs recognize it as a camera. Maybe there's an app or setting that I can get to make it work.


I'm running iOS 11.2.1 on the iPad Pro and High Sierra (10.13.2) on my MacBook Pro.

iPad Pro 10.5-inch, Wi-Fi, Cellular, iOS 11.2.1

There is no support for using an iPad or other iOS device as a camera on a Mac.


There may be some Apps in the App store that may allow this, but I do not know of any to recommend.
