When its cold , flash is not working!!!!

Dear apple! Do you want to do something about this problem?!!! When its cold outside I cant take photo with flash because its not working with cold!! Iphone 8. I heard that others have the same problem. What we should do? Have another phone or camera for cold season?

I am having the same issue in iPhone 8, it happened twice and apple store staff to seems ignorant on this, they just keep running diagnostics and say no hardware issue. It’s quite annoyi
