The problem that you are going to face is that MSN Premium stores their favorites in an xml file and they don't seem to have any export option that will allow them to be imported into other browsers -- not even Microsoft browsers like Internet Explorer. If you are willing to go through a complicated process the following may or may not work:

First:

Find the xml file and copy it to your desktop. See the following :

(Note that you will only do the "View Hidden Files on your Computer" and "Locate the MSN Favorites File" steps. The "Download the MSN Favorites Export Toolkit" and subsequent steps no longer work.)

Second:

The following article refers to how to convert the xml file to an html file. You don't need to read Google Groups if the following will work: Convert XML to HTML Online Free

If that doesn't work, read the Google Groups article for other suggestions.

Third:

Open Safari and use the File menu > Import From > Bookmarks HTML file

Another (very low tech) option that you may consider if you don't have a lot of bookmarks (and you don't want to try the above procedure or that isn't working) is to open each bookmark in your MSN Premium, copy the address of each from the address bar and paste it into a text file. Then copy that text file to your Mac and then copy each address (one at a time) to the Safari address bar and save each as a favorite in Safari.
