I had bad experience with the 6s plus through the iPhone X meaning 6s plus ,7,8 plus and X.
In a pervious post I had and issue with face camera scratched you recommend I go to Apple.
My iPhone X on the back cover has a scuff Is this covered under Apple care or the Apple care plus ?
second issue I see this under my temperglass is this dust or dead pixel ?
A scuff on the case is considered user damage, and cosmetic, and Apple will not do anything about that.
The second issue looks like dust particles that got caught under the screen protector when it was installed.
That is hard to tell. It is difficult to determine if that was there when you purchased the phone. Anyway, something like that would be an opinion on my part, and my opinion doesn't matter. Apple makes the final decision on those types of things, so you would need to make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple store and ask them to evaluate it. I'm just aware of what they say regarding scuffs you get on the phone are considered cosmetic and the fault of the owner. Considered the scuff on the back of your case and the location of that scuff, it seems you are a little rough on the phone, and that scratch could very well have happened in conjunction with the scuff on the back. But again, only Apple can determine what they are going to do.
Even this scratch on the Face ID camera isn’t covered under Apple nor Apple care plus also?
I had my phone in a case all the time till I switch cases and noticed it I will just go back to apple.
