Apple Pay delivery address issues

Default Apple Pay shipping address erroneously populated with 5 year old address, 4 year old email address, and current work phone number, despite the billing address being correct as well as contact being correct and Apple Store being correct. Has caused major issues with incorrect delivery and inability to change.

Thank you Jonathan. I’ve done this twice however it seems my former address “creeps back in” from somewhere, I’m assuming the cloud. I can’t find where it is being held as I have updated it in very place I can find, but still after a day, it seems to repopulate with the former address.
