For e.g., I open a software, I always have to click the "+" to max its size... How to have it open with the max size or even full screen?

FWIW, you can't have an app automatically open in Full Screen but most apps should remember the last window size that was set.
Try going to System Preferences/General and remove the check mark from Close windows when quitting an app.

Thank you Eric. It worked for all mac system apps but for third party app it's not working...
