My Animoji doesn’t work. Crashes when I try to open from App Store and it reads downloaded.

Tap those two or three dots you see in the lower right. You should see the word “More” under the dots.

Then you will see a list of all the iMessage apps that are shown along the bottom row of your screen shot.

“Animoji” should be in that list, since you downloaded it. Click “Animoji”, and you will be able to use it!

You did not respond to the question about Restrictions. Go to Settings>General>Restrictions, to see if you have any turned on. If you tapped on the Visit Store, what happened? I only had to do that once to get that to clear from the screen. The only other thing I could recommend is to create a current backup of the device, then restore your iPhone to that backup. I don't believe there are any geographical restrictions to the use of Animoji, however just a question, where do you live?

Why would you even attempt to access animoji in the App Store? The lower screen shots appear as if you already have your animoji.

Do you have any restrictions on? I'm guessing that you are using an iPhone X. Do you have the latest version of iOS, 11.2.1?

What iPhone are you using? Animoji works on iPhone X only.
