iBooks with kobo e-Reader

can Apple allow the sharing between iBooks and Kobo eReader, perhaps creating the possibility to connect the Kobo account to the Apple iD, to share purchases eBooks with DRM between the two platforms? Can such a request be considered by Apple?

I think the idea of sharing DRM with other reading apps is a total non-starter. Instead ask Apple to produce an iBooks app for Android and Windows.
